Help Us Say Thanks

Every time one of our officers falls in the line of duty, there’s a story to be told.

Unfortunately, that story has included a passage of abandonment as their health benefits expire once they lose their husband, wife, mother, or father, sometimes just days after the tragedy.

That’s not ok.

That’s why Senator Beth Martinez Humenik and Senator Bob Gardner ran Senate Bills 148 and 247, legislation that allowed the families of our fallen officers to maintain health benefits for an extended period of time after they’ve lost their loved one.

Senate Republicans stand for our men in women in uniform, and we’re proud of both Beth and Bob for standing up to protect the families of those who’ve protected us.

Help us say thanks to these champions with a small contribution to protect an ongoing Republican majority in the Colorado State Senate.
